1. Description of Service

Medobe MindMap provides a visual thinking layer on top of Google Sheets so you can view, organize, and edit sheet-based data through a mind-map interface.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data.
• You should maintain your own backups of Google Sheets data.
• You must have permission to access and edit shared sheets.

3. Data Access and Permissions

By using the app, you authorize it to read and write to the Google Sheets files you explicitly connect. The app does not access unrelated files without your explicit selection.

4. Data Modifications

Actions in the app may modify your connected Google Sheet. You acknowledge that approved actions can overwrite existing values, and you are responsible for reviewing and managing your data.

5. Ownership

We do not claim ownership of your data. Data remains under your control in Google Sheets.

6. Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or guaranteed data accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, unintended modifications, business interruption, or reliance on app outputs, including AI suggestions.

8. AI Features

AI suggestions are assistive only. Users must review and approve actions before execution. We are not responsible for outcomes of user-approved changes.

9. Third-Party Services

The app relies on Google OAuth and Google Sheets API. Your use of those services is subject to Google terms and policies.

10. Termination and Changes

We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated, misuse is detected, or law requires it. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use indicates acceptance.
